He obtained her Doctor of Medicine (USM, 2006) and master’s degree in Community Health Science (Occupational Health) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2014). Dr. Mohd Rizal Bin Abd Azis is a registered medical practitioner (MMC: 44195) and an accredited Occupational Health Doctor under DOSH Malaysia.

His professional qualifications also include certifications as a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for Drug and Alcohol in the Workplace, Certified Medical Impairment Assessor (NIOSH) and HRD Corp Certified Trainer.

With more than 15 years of experience across hospital, research, and corporate settings, Dr. Mohd Rizal Bin Abd Azis specializes in occupational health surveillance, medical fitness assessments and workplace wellness programmes. He is committed to promoting safe and healthy working environments through evidence-based practices and preventive health strategies.
