In 1976, a young physician named Dr. Tibbs Fernandez opened a small clinic in Johor Bahru with nothing but a stethoscope, unwavering conviction, and his wife Dr. Maria by his side. Now five decades later, that small clinic has blossomed into ACG Healthcare — 13 locations strong, serving over 300,000 families and 3 million patients. Dr. Tibbs has since passed, but his legacy lives on through Dr. Maria, their son Allan Fernandez, and every team member who carries forward that original promise.
